Universal laws are always working. You may remember from Jr. High chemistry that everything is either coming into form or going out of form at all times. That is called the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy. What does that have to do with living the laws of prosperity and success?

Consider the goals you are working on right now. Are they coming or going? Is that within your control? What can you do besides working harder and longer?

The universal laws we are talking about are thinking laws. Yes, of course, thinking leads to action. The goal is set with thinking and it is received through action. Let’s consider the thinking part as pertains to the Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy.

Have you ever had something show up in your life with seemingly no effort on your part and wonder how it happened? Last fall I decided I wanted to attend the local college football game, much to the surprise of my husband and others. You see, I usually opt to stay home and do something less taxing, like read a book or do some gardening. Football games are usually hot and always very long. I usually go to one game and then remember why I didn’t go to more than one last year. That’s why my husband bought only one season ticket this year.

As the season progressed and our team was winning, I got the idea that I really would like to take in a game if the circumstances were perfect. It had to be a night game with a team we would likely beat. There were no tickets available, but a few days before the target game I announced my desire to go anyway. It didn’t look very promising and I didn’t stress about it. I just thought held my thought that it would be fun to go this once. It made me excited just to think about it.

Our son in law and grandson have seats next to us. The night before the game my daughter called to say that our grandson was sick and wouldn’t be going. Did I know someone who could use the ticket? I happily said I would like to go and I did. It was a balmy evening and we won. It was a fun evening, just as I planned.

At what point was it made possible for me to go to the game? I believe that as soon as I had the desire to go to the game, the events were set in motion. I mentioned it to my husband and in time things fell into place. Energy was in motion creating my desires. I am not saying that I made my grandson sick. It could have happened in any number of ways. I am only saying that circumstances are perpetually coming or going according to our thoughts. I thought it was a nice idea and it happened.

Have you ever saved yourself a parking spot in front of the store you were headed for? This is one of the simplest demonstrations of the Law of Perpetual Transmutation. Just picture yourself pulling into that perfect spot and leave for town. It may not happen every time, but try it and see how often it does.

Now back to your current goals. Since everything is coming or going according to our thoughts it gives you a measure of control over the results you get. In fact, it gives you a lot of control. Have you ever noticed how the people who believe are the ones who receive? Do you believe your goals will be achieved or is your mind filled with doubt and fear? In either case, your thoughts will determine the outcome.

Make yourself a chart with your goal written at the top. Then make two columns under it. In the left hand column write all the reasons why your goal won’t happen and in the right hand column write all the ways it will happen. Put a big X through the left hand column and read the list on the right first thing every morning and last thing at night. You are opening up that perfect parking spot for your goal to pull into. You will know what to do to make it happen. Just play with it and have fun. Consciously applying the universal laws of prosperity and success make it fun and easy. This universal law is just one of seven powerful laws that can make your goal achievement predictable.

Renae Pelo is a passionate teacher of the universal laws of prosperity and success. “I am here to champion those who think they can’t live the life they want. I know from experience as a wife, mom, grandmother and business woman, that you can create a life of prosperity, strength and happiness if you want it, and who doesn’t?”

She has put her learning and experience with the universal laws together in her coaching practice.

Prosperity Prayer and the Importance of Desire for a Prosperity Consciousness

Prosperity Prayer and the Importance of Desire for a Prosperity Consciousness

Prosperity Prayer and the Importance of Desire for a Prosperity Consciousness
By Dr. Toni LaMotta

Creating a prosperity consciousness is a life-long task. Most of us have been taught to be self-less and so, we often consider that any desire we have might be a selfish one. Many people I have known have simply shut down their desires. A true prosperity consciousness requires that we know what we want and desire it. The secret is in desiring it not for yourself alone but for the sake of sharing with others.

Catherine Ponder, in her book “The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity”, quoted Dr. Emily Cady, who wrote: “Desire is God tapping at the door of your mind, trying to give you greater good.” [ Dr. Cady was a physician and a Unity Teacher.]

I find this a very consoling and supportive position, for too many times we belittle our desires, thinking they are selfish. You know, the old BS (Belief System) that we’ve been taught…..You want too much; be satisfied with what you have, because there are so many who have so much less, blah, blah, blah. If we believe that Dr. Cady was correct, we may have frustrated God as IT was trying to give us a greater good. We turned our backs on God’s presence at our “door”, our mind. Poor God!

Ernest Holmes, in the Science of Mind Text had many opinions about desires. Here is just one:

“In gladness, then, we should make known our desires, and in confidence we should wait upon the Perfect Law to manifest through us.” SM 272,1

Now THAT is really comforting because not only are we to pay attention to our desires but the Creative Law is ready to manifest what we want. Such a deal!!

With that in our Belief System, let us USE the Law so we can experience the desires of our hearts and souls! What follows is a prosperity prayer. Use it often, modify it to make it more personal, and watch the effects in your life.

The Mind of God, that over-abiding Presence is in and as all things, because It is The Source, the ONLY Source. It has created out of Itself all that is, therefore each one of us is one of those creations. We not only come from God, but we are God Substance, so what is true of God is true about us. The desires we have, to express and expand our lives, is God attempting to show us the greater good that is waiting for our acceptance. Our desires have a Divine Source!

[I shall now speak in the personal.] Believing beyond any doubt that this is so, I know I can command the Law to bring them into my life. I desire [claim what you want as if you already possess it]. With great joy I accept the wonder-working ability of this Power to bring to me my desire. I also promise myself that from this moment on I shall pay attention to my desires, knowing that God, the Source, has been knocking at my mind/door, so that It can give me the greater good that is waiting for me.

I am so thankful for my desires and the Power that manifests them for me. It is done, and I enjoy the pleasure and peace of acceptance.

It is important to feed your mind with lots of positive and new understandings about prosperity and its true source. Reclaim Your Life by Recognizing Prosperity

Reclaim Your Life by Recognizing Prosperity
Reclaim Your Life by Recognizing Prosperity

Reclaim Your Life by Recognizing Prosperity
By Pat Honiotes

As you go through the process of reclaiming your life, is there any possibility that you may be dismissing, ignoring, or discounting some of the prosperity in your life? While, at the same time, desiring, longing for, chasing after and working “really hard” to have more, never seeming to really get it?

There are those who ignore prosperity (usually because it does not look exactly like they think it should look);

  • those that give away prosperity (it is not really what they want);
  • those that do not pay attention to prosperity (maybe because it does not come in exactly the package they wanted);
  • those that “not enough” pieces of prosperity (“But that is not enough to pay the rent.”);
  • and then there are those that do not recognize pieces of prosperity (maybe because it is not in the form of money).

All of this loss of prosperity happens usually because they may have a very narrow definition of prosperity…like only money is prosperous.

You might want to take a few moments to check out your definition of prosperity and see how encompassing it is.

Then there are those who “do” prosperity every single day.

They write and say their affirmations every day.

They choose very carefully the words they say out loud thereby doing the basic law of prosperity…what you radiate out comes back.

They mentally picture what they want every day.

They create a wheel of fortune and look at it every day thereby invoking the imaging law of prosperity.

They give away something or clear something out of their homes and lives every day thinking they are invoking the vacuum law of prosperity.

In other words, they follow all of the rules of prosperity and then wait for their reward.

It is like they put their order in at the desk at Home Depot and are now waiting at the loading ramp to pick it up and take it home.

Unfortunately, that is just not the way it works.

It really works by living prosperously, by “being” prosperous in any given moment.

It is about the spirit of prosperity.

It is about seeing and embracing all prosperity; not just the financial kind.

It is only when you can see and embrace ALL of the prosperity in your life, that is, live the laws of prosperity rather than just following the rules of prosperity, that you will truly begin to reap the benefits of true prosperity…..including financial.

Living the spirit of the laws of prosperity will probably take some practice for most of us.

Consider focusing on you and your possible prosperity for the next 28 days and follow the practice steps below to see how much prosperity you can recognize, accept and embrace in your life.

  • 1. Be open to ALL forms of prosperity, including financial, no matter how large or how small and make a note of it in your journal…..for the next 28 days…..and see what happens.
  • 2. When you wake up in the morning, sit up, clap your hands and say (sing, proclaim, shout) “It is going to be a great day!” Sound silly? Okay…feel silly, sound silly and…..take the action anyway…..for the next 28 days. Does this mean you are going to automatically have a fabulous day? No. It does not. But it will start your day more light hearted, which is more prosperous in itself. Try it, you may be surprised.
  • 3. When you have finished proclaiming a great day, get up, go to the mirror, look into the eyes of the person in the mirror and say, “I love and accept you.” Wink, smile, and give yourself a hug and go on to the rest of your day….for the next 28 days. Notice anything?
  • 4. Be honest with yourself, God, Great Spirit, Universe about how you are feeling….even if you are not feeling particularly prosperous, happy, focused or energetic. Then practice the prosperity techniques and tools embracing and accepting however you feel all at the same time…..for the next 28 days.
  • 5. Surround yourself with the images, the sounds, the smells, the energy that help you focus on your goals, your wants, your dreams, your desires…..for the next 28 days.

This is not about thinking happy thoughts and being positive and everything will be fine.

So, through all of this make sure you stay aware of your reality…..

What is my financial situation?

How can I have it be better?

Is there anything I need to deal with physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually in order to clear the path for my prosperity?

If there is, then take the steps to deal with whatever comes up either within yourself or with your coach……for the next 28 days.

And then you ask yourself why you would not continue this process even after the 28 days!

Thoughts Do Come True

Thoughts
Thoughts Do Come True

Thoughts Do Come True
By Denise Wallace

I have heard over and over so many years to govern what you think, or be in control of your thoughts. What you think about comes about, or What you focus on grows. I have been to seminar after seminar and everyone always talks about the importance of your thoughts, staying positive… Blah, Blah, Blah. I just did not get it or understand what our thoughts had to do with anything Until I was introduced to the Jack Rabbit factor by Leslie Householder. I started studying her work more intensely and as I was going through the mindset mastery course, I finally started to understand why it is so important to manage our thoughts and emotions. We were given an assignment to experiment on and it is through this process that I had some AHA moments and it all started to make sense. Following is of the experiences that I had regarding our thoughts and how what we think about really does come about.

Today as I was studying, my doorbell rang, and as I answered it, it was my neighbor’s husband. He was frantic and asked me if I would like their fridge/freezer, which was only 6 months old. WHAT!!!! You see they are moving, and all of their household goods were already packed and shipped out. Our housing development told them they had to pay for a new refrigerator because their kids had dropped something and it put a very small ding in the bottom of the fridge the night before their move out inspection. So, rather than leave the fridge for housing to keep after they where forced to pay for it, he offered it to us.

“… the crazy part is literally a couple days ago, I had a thought that it would be really nice to have an extra fridge so I could have space to make meals and store for the week, and here I am now with an extra fridge. I am still in shock over it.”

Remote Hypnosis

I had no intention of going out and buying a new fridge I literally just had a passing thought about it and how nice it would be. I did not sit and stew over it or worry about how I would get one. I just one, had a thought about getting a fridge, two, had a nice feeling about how wonderful it would be to have one, three, I had a clear reason as to why I wanted one and four, I went about my day without another thought about it. A couple days later there it was.

I had two “Aha” moments from this experience the first was that usually when I want something I sit and stew and worry over how I am going to make that happen or I sit and doubt myself on the possibility that it could happen then or I talk myself out of it. Do you see the difference? In acquiring the fridge, I had none of these conflicts I just felt good about having one. The second “Aha” was that I had a clear reason for wanting the fridge there was a purpose for it. I am finding that when I am clear about what I want it is easier to visualize it and have good positive feelings toward whatever it is I am trying to do or acquire.

Who Else Wants to Meditate Without Falling Asleep?

Who Else Wants to Meditate Without Falling Asleep?
By John Cielo

Falling asleep is one of the most common obstacles to meditation. Maybe you’re sitting at home when your eyes start rolling, and your head starts nodding. Maybe you’re at a meditation center when you find out you’ve been snoring for the past two minutes.

If you want to enjoy the mental and physical health benefits of meditation, you’ll need to stay alert. Study these tips so you can apply them the next time you begin to feel drowsy when you’re on your cushion.

GETTING ADEQUATE SLEEP BEFORE YOU MEDITATE

Nodding off as soon as you sit down is a sure sign of sleep deprivation, and the issue is widespread. Almost 80% of Americans are getting less than the recommended seven to eight hours of sleep each night, according to a study commissioned by Dr. Oz.

The ultimate solution to staying awake during meditation is getting enough sleep on a regular basis:

Be consistent. One of the most effective sleep hygiene routines is going to bed and waking at the same time each day. Stick to your schedule as much as possible even on weekends.

Adapt your bedroom. Block out distracting background noises and lights. Buy a new mattress or pillow if your old ones make you toss and turn.

Manage stress. Anxiety can keep you up at night. If meditation is the only time you relax enough to sleep, it may be more constructive to take a nap instead of trying to force yourself to stay awake.

STAYING ALERT WHILE YOU MEDITATE

Being well-rested will take care of most of your troubles with snoozing during meditation.

If you need extra help, try these tips:

Open your eyes. Most forms of meditation recommend keeping your eyes slightly open and looking down with a soft focus. If that makes you doze off, try keeping your eyes wide open at least temporarily.

Check your posture. Sitting up straight on the floor or on a chair instead of slouching will enable you to breathe deeper and feel more energized. It also helps to lift your head slightly.

Find your peak time. Is there a time of day when you usually feel more productive? Switch your sessions to first thing in the morning or late afternoon if that’s when you’re in top form.

Walk around. Meditate on your feet. You can make walking meditation your main activity if you’re starting out or use it to supplement your seated practice on those days when you feel especially tired.

Join others. Sitting with a group provides extra stimulation. You may also want to avoid the embarrassment of having someone else wake you up.

Go online. Even if you’re meditating solo, you can find some company on the internet. Browse online for guided meditations you can listen to if your own thoughts are putting you to sleep. You can also watch videos with pleasant images that will keep you engaged.

Turn up the lights. Bright lights trigger hormonal changes that make it easier to stay focused. Sit down in a well-lit room or go outside on a sunny day.

Cool off. Similarly, colder temperatures are bracing. Turn down the thermostat at home or take off your sweater.

Eat light. What you consume counts too. Heavy meals and dehydration are likely to make you want to go to bed. Before meditating, enjoy a small snack like fruit or a green salad. Drink plenty of water or tea.

Reduce stress and increase your mindfulness by creating a regular meditation practice. Developing positive sleep habits and making a few adjustments in your environment can help you meditate without falling asleep.
